在重大建設推動上，朱立倫說明，包括民眾所關心的三環三線的捷運建設，有七條在興建當中，會加速盡快完成，再來是國民運動中心，有三座即將動工，未來不管是公共托育中心、托老中心，或是每項重大建設，都希望能夠加快。另外，媒體問到立委江惠貞建議未來市政要層層分工負責，她以浮洲合宜住宅為例，建議朱市長改變作風，要親臨現場與民溝通，朱立倫也表示，所有責任都由他來承擔，不管是黨或市政工作，會反省檢討積極改進。
